I have recently come across a delicate yet textured libation by the name of Lindemans Framboise. Her supple taste is matched only by her smooth finish and rosy hips. Hailing from Belgium with an elegant and aromatic taste, her delicate palate of raspberries is coupled with undertones of fruity acidity. My most recent encounter was at Pod Restaurant, in Phila., Pennsylvania. Drinker be warned: Framboise is sold in corked bottles at prices unaccustomed by the pedestrian drinker, ranging from $11.95-$14.95 for a 500 mL bottle.
